Meat Mincer TC 12 R

Built for the modern needs of butcher shops, hotels, restaurants and communities. The MEAT GRINDER Mod. TC12R is fully compliant with international accident prevention standards. Equipped with helical steel gear reducer, ultra-quiet, oil-bath. Special aluminum alloy housing with motor head covered with a stainless steel sheet metal band, hopper and meat catcher bowl made of 18/8 stainless steel. The grinding unit, constructed entirely of 18/8 stainless steel or cast iron. The hopper and grinding unit can be easily disengaged from the machine body for thorough cleaning. Ventilated motor. Grinding unit: stainless steel or cast iron – EQUIPMENT: self-sharpening Ø=6 stainless steel knife and plate, hopper and stainless steel meat catchers, pestle, shuko plug if single-phase.
